Sue's Cornish Kitchen is the home of homemade preserves in Falmouth, Cornwall UK. We create a range of seasonal preserves, experimenting with flavours that are not commonly found in supermarkets.
A love of growing and foraging and a hate of waste led me to start making preserves many years ago. I love coming up with different recipes and experimenting with flavours that you don’t usually find in the supermarket.
My favourite preserves are Green Bean Chutney (with a ploughman’s lunch!) or Rhubarb and Vanilla Jam (for a cream tea with a difference!)
In my spare time, you can find me paddling around the creeks in my kayak, playing in the sea or at the park with my grandchildren.
When I was at school, I really wanted to work in an office so that I could wear one of the headsets with headphones and a microphone. 10 years and 5 offices later, I have yet to get my headset!
My favourite preserve(s) are Raspberry Jam or Blueberry Jam, which I love eating with toast or a cream tea.
In my spare time, you can find me in, on or near the sea; swimming, knitting or being musical.
